As Case Manager, Madison is responsible for performing administrative tasks, while also assisting with substantive legal work. Although still a law student, Madison is a critical component in running the firm’s legal internship program by providing oversight and mentorship to incoming student law clerks. Most importantly, Madison is committed to providing any assistance necessary to ensure client success.
EDUCATION AND BACKROUND
Madison attended Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia and was a member of the Honors Program, Student Government, and a plethora of other on-campus organizations. She graduated with Honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Sociology with a Concentration in Legal Studies. Madison currently attends American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where she is a Staffer for both The Criminal Law Practitioner and the Sustainable Development Law and Policy Brief. She will also be a Student Attorney for the Disability Rights Clinic for the entirety of her final year, affording her the opportunity to represent clients who are experiencing discrimination due to a physical or intellectual disability.
Madison is an experienced traveler who enjoys new adventures. She once spent a month in Palau, a country nestled in the Micronesian region, studying how societal factors affected nutrition and health. While an undergraduate student, Madison studied abroad for a year, spending six months in Belfast, Northern Ireland and six months in Vilnius, Lithuania. Madison was fortunate to study law for a semester at Vilnius University, which provided her an international perspective of law.
